氨基酸序列的疏水與親水的疑問
問：組成抗原表位的一些氨基酸是疏水還是親水的？為什么？還有組成信號肽的氨基酸是疏水還是親水的？為什么？
答：信號肽序列在10-40個氨基酸殘基范圍，其中部有一段長度為10-15個氨基酸殘基的由高度疏水性的氨基酸組成的肽鏈。一般蛋白質(zhì)是很難通過脂膜的，但信號肽可引導(dǎo)它通過膜到達特定的部位。
組成抗原表位的氨基酸則不一定是疏水的?？纯催@段話：
